Whilst traditionally veterinary practices have posted invoices to clients, we are conscious of our carbon footprint and as a business are seeking to do all we can to move to a paperless company. We communicate primarily via paperless methods: emailing, texting or calling you where we can.

Most of us have got so used to the convenience of paying for services or products online, and we have provided our clients with this same service from the inception of the business. As an added incentive for clients, we offer a payment at the time discount.
