We’d like to introduce Equicall, our dedicated out-of-hours (OOH) team. If you require veterinary assistance overnight, at weekends, or on bank holidays, you may see one of the Equicall vets attending your horse on behalf of both our Canterbury and Lingfield clinics. Alongside this, our familiar team of vets, hospital intern, and nurses at our Lingfield site continue to care for inpatients and remain on call 24/7, ready to receive your horse at any time. Working closely with Equicall, they ensure a seamless service for emergency admissions and referrals. Below, you’ll find a short introduction to the Equicall team so you can get to know the people caring for your horse – rest assured, you’re in very capable hands. Equicall will pass all case details back to our clinics, and a member of our team will follow up to check on your horse’s progress, offer any further support you may need, or gather feedback on your experience, we are always here to help.
