We are a friendly, approachable and caring team of individuals who are passionate about delivering the best possible veterinary care to you and your horses, ponies, and donkeys 24/7, 365 days a year. Our mission is to provide exceptional service with a personal touch taking the time to get to know you and your equine companions.
Our main practice is conveniently located on the A22 between Newchapel and Felbridge, just over a mile from East Grinstead in Surrey. This prime location offers easy access for our clients and is only 8 miles from the M25, allowing excellent connectivity across South-East England.
We also operate from our other site, Lingfield East, which enhances our ability to provide accessible and flexible care across the region. Both sites work together to deliver a seamless and responsive service to meet the needs of our equine community.
Our vets travel across the country for pre-purchase examinations, competitions, and second opinions, while routine visits are generally within a 30-mile radius of our bases.
We welcome owners to accompany their horses to appointments at our clinic and are always happy to show potential clients around our premises to explain how we work. Should you be unable to attend your appointment for any reason, our experienced nursing team are very happy to handle your horse and even ride, should this be required.
We pride ourselves on providing an excellent experience for all our clients and their horses. We recognise that the need for veterinary intervention comes with a significant amount of worry and stress for owners, and we do our very best to empathise and support you during this time.
We work with a wide variety of equines from elite athletes to the treasured retired family pet, and as a consequence we are privileged to see a huge array of clinical conditions. Each case allows us to keep learning and provides the basis of our ongoing knowledge and development as equine practitioners.
