Our Support Team

Our fantastic support staff are the first point of contact for booking appointments with your vets. They are on hand to help out with any administrative questions you may have and make sure that all paperwork is dealt with efficiently. From account queries to ensuring all our online services are executed as you would expect, these are the people that ensure it all happens. They also make a mean cup of tea, so if you are coming to the practice drop by the office and say hi!

So who are they? Our indispensable team is made up of Nickie Harris, Office Manager; Zoe Gunter, Administrator; Morgan Harris, Insurance; Sally Dolton, Administrator and of course, our wonderful nursing team, pictured on the left.

Equine Insurance

We have a huge amount of insurance work at Lingfield and Morgan Harris is responsible for managing all claims that are handled for you. Equine insurance is an ever increasingly complex field and Morgan is on hand to help you navigate your way through every step. We host several client events and activities throughout the year, co-ordinated by our fantastic support team. Options for settling your account

Whilst traditionally veterinary practices have posted invoices to clients, we are conscious of our carbon footprint and as a business are seeking to do all we can to move to a paperless company. We communicate primarily via paperless methods: emailing, texting or calling you where we can. Most of us have got so used to the convenience of paying for services or products online, and we have provided our clients with this same service from the inception of the business. We offer several methods of payment to accommodate for everyone's preferences.
