Imogen qualified in 2000 from the Royal Veterinary College and has been working in equine practice ever since. She enjoys the challenges found in equine practice, and has a strong interest in internal medicine, particularly gastrointestinal and respiratory medicine, anaesthesia, ophthalmology and stud medicine. She was awarded RCVS Advanced Practitioner status in Equine Medicine in 2015.
Imogen also enjoys teaching and has lectured both in the UK and overseas to clients, nurses and vets at events including Your Horse Live; as well as for The Gambia Horse and Donkey Trust; Plumpton College; the Royal (Dick) Veterinary College, Edinburgh and the Royal Veterinary College, London. At Lingfield Equine Vets she is also one of the veterinary nursing clinical coaches. Imogen has published many articles in the lay press including Horse, Your Horse and Horse and Hound, as well as veterinary publications including the Veterinary Record and Veterinary Times Today. She even managed to squeeze time into hold the position of Editor for XLEquine publication Equine Matters.

Aside from veterinary surgery, Imogen is a keen hill walker and mountaineer; but if she isn’t to be found on a mountain side, she can be found scuba diving in caves and wrecks around the world!
