Whilst traditionally veterinary practices have posted invoices to clients, we are conscious of our carbon footprint and as a business are seeking to do all we can to move to a paperless company. We communicate primarily via paperless methods: emailing, texting or calling you where we can.
Most of us have got so used to the convenience of paying for services or products online, and we have provided our clients with this same service from the inception of the business. As an added incentive for clients, not only do we offer a 5% discount for accounts settled within 7 days of the consultation; we have now extended this to a 10% discount for settling their bill at the time of the consultation.
We offer several methods of payment to accommodate for everyone's preferences. Payment routes include:
Register as a client
We would suggest you make yourself a brew and find yourself somewhere comfy to sit and complete the form at your leisure. It is helpful to have your horse, pony or donkey's passport(s) to hand.
If your horses have been registered at another veterinary practice, we will need to contact them for their full clinical history to ensure a smooth transition of veterinary care, so please provide their details as well. Please be aware that due to the General Data Protection Regulations, your previous practice will contact you to obtain your consent to send over this information.

Book a visit
Our aim is to create appointments that are convenient for you; providing you the right vet, right equipment and right duration of time to meet your specific needs. This is to ensure you get the most out of our service and we can give you the answers you need, and your horse receives the care they deserve as efficiently as possible.
Using the information you give us, we will discuss your request with the appropriate vet and get back to you to confirm your appointment. As this can take a little bit of time, we would encourage you to ring us regarding any enquiries that are time sensitive, or if you wish to discuss your visit with a vet first.
- Routine visits may be booked Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:30.
- If you wish us to examine 3 or more horses in any one appointment, your visit is free of charge.
- We provide a complete emergency service 24/7 every day of the year. Surcharges apply to visits undertaken outside working hours.
